Creative Paiges Co. ("CPC", "We", "Us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and their end-users. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and secure data within our global print logistics infrastructure.

1. Data Controller vs. Data Processor

In the context of the CPC Platform:

• CPC as Controller: For account information of our direct B2B clients (billing details, admin user emails).
• CPC as Processor: For data uploaded by clients to be printed or distributed (end-customer names, shipping addresses, order contents). We process this data strictly according to Client instructions.

2. Data We Collect

We collect operational data required to fulfill logistics orders:

• Transactional Logs: API request headers, timestamps, and delivery status notifications.
• Shipping Information: Physical addresses for delivery routing.
• Digital Assets: PDF/XML files for printing (stored securely and deleted post-retention period).

3. Data Retention & Deletion

To ensure security, operational data is retained only as long as necessary:

• Print files are automatically purged from hot storage 7 days after delivery confirmation.
• Transaction logs are retained for 90 days for audit and SLA verification, then archived or pseudonymized.
