Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

CPC is a B2B infrastructure platform. The use of our API for unsolicited marketing, newsletters, or cold outreach is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
1. Permitted Use Cases
Services provided by Creative Paiges Co. may only be used for High-Priority Transactional Messaging triggered by user actions within your enterprise environment. Permitted categories include:
- Logistics Notifications: Order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery exceptions.
- Security Alerts: Password resets, 2FA codes, suspicious login warnings.
- Asset Management: Proof approval requests, inventory low-stock alerts (internal).
- Legal Notices: Terms of Service updates, invoices, and receipts.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
We enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for the following:
- Purchased Lists: Sending to email addresses purchased, rented, or scraped from third-party sources.
- Cold Outreach: Emails sent to recipients who have not explicitly requested content from your organization.
- Affiliate Marketing: Promotion of third-party products or schemes.
- Prohibited Industries: Gambling, adult content, payday loans, debt collection, or crypto-speculation services.
3. Recipient Consent & Verification
You warrant that all recipients have provided explicit permission (Consent) to receive emails. For system alerts, consent is implied by the active service contract (Legitimate Interest). For any other communication, Double Opt-In verification is required.
4. Enforcement & Audit
CPC reserves the right to:
- Monitor outbound traffic for patterns indicative of spam (e.g., high bounce rates > 5%).
- Request proof of consent (timestamp and source IP) for any specific recipient.
- Pause delivery immediately if a blacklist listing (Spamhaus, Barracuda) is detected.
